In 2019 Glenrothes Baptist Church agreed to make available space within their premises for use by the community. Glenrothes Baptist Church seeks to be a blessing to the community of Glenrothes and desires to make the Gospel of Jesus Christ known through building relationships with the town. For that purpose the vision of the bridge was created. 

A subsidiary company was established to manage the building on behalf of the church. This company 'The GBC Bridge Ltd' operates and manages the premises of Glenrothes Baptist Church. Administering the spaces available to use by the church and the community at large. The Company also manages and operates 'The Bridge' cafe located on the ground floor of the Bridge Centre.

Below is detailed the available spaces for use by the community. You should refer to the 'Facilities Use Policy' prior to making a booking to ensure your organisation or proposed use is in line with the churches aims and objectives.

Floor 1: KIDS ZONE

This self contained area features fully secure access, child-friendly toilet facilities and full audio/visual equipment. This space is ideal for a small kids party of up to 20 kids.

FLOOR 1: worship/welcome area

This is the largest space available within the church building. This area combines the coffee bar welcome area and the main auditorium which seats up to 350. These two spaces cannot be separated due their connected nature and can be only made available as one area. 

The Welcome Area includes the coffee/tea bar with the full facilities (excluding consumables). There is a variety of seating available in the area (up to 40 seats), ranging from soft sofa's to trellis style dining tables.

The Worship Area is the main auditorium for the whole church building and is capable of seating up to 350 people in stylish modern seating. This area is suitable for large conferences or music events. The high specification of Audio/Visual equipment is available at an additional cost, this includes the trained operator who will be available for your event.

floor 2: conference room

Capable of seating up to 100 delegates, this area boasts full audio/visual capabilities and also light catering facilities. A range of seating options are available from seating around banqueting tables (8 per table) to theatre style in rows.

floor 2: large meeting room

This board room style meeting room can seat up to 10 people around a board room desk. There is also Audio/Visual facilities available for Skype conferencing or presentations. 

floor 2: counselling room (small)

This small and intimate meeting room is ideal for one-to-one counselling. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Tea/Coffee refreshments can be arranged.

Floor 2: Counselling room (large)

This slightly larger, yet intimate meeting room is ideal for small group counselling. It can accommodate up to 12 people. Tea/Coffee refreshments can be arranged.

floor 2: multi-purpose games hall

The multi-purpose games hall is ideal for children's parties, exercise classes or messy play events. It features games equipment and audio facilities. This room can accommodate an 8ft tall bouncy castle.
